The service charges ₹149 per document for processing and summary generation.

User Responsibility for Content

You are responsible for:

The service processes documents as-is and provides summaries based on extracted text. Document quality, clarity, and format may affect extraction accuracy.

Limitation of Liability

NoticeExplained.in and its operators are not liable for:

• Any consequences resulting from use of the service

• Service unavailability or technical failures

Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons beyond our control.

Payment Terms

Payment of ₹149 is required per document before a summary is generated. Payments are processed through Razorpay. Once payment is confirmed and processing begins, the service is considered delivered. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The service, including its design, functionality, and content, is the property of NoticeExplained.in. Generated summaries are provided for your personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use summaries for commercial purposes without permission.

Right to Suspend Misuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for users who:

• Violate these terms and conditions
• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to abuse or exploit the service
• Upload malicious files or content

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
