This is a digital service where:
- Payment is required before processing begins
- Processing begins immediately after payment confirmation
- The service (summary generation) is delivered digitally
- Once processing begins, the service is considered delivered
General Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this service, refunds are generally not applicable after processing has begun. Once payment is confirmed and document processing starts, the service is considered delivered.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same document processing
- Technical Failure: If a technical failure prevented summary generation despite successful payment
- Payment Error: If payment was processed in error (e.g., wrong amount charged)
Refunds are not available for:
- Dissatisfaction with summary content
- Inability to extract text from poor-quality documents
- User error in document upload
- Change of mind after payment
- Summary already generated and delivered
Refund Request Time Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment. Requests submitted after this time window may not be eligible for consideration.
For duplicate payments or technical failures, we may consider requests beyond this window on a case-by-case basis.

- Explain the reason for the refund request
